Silvia
Lab / Sterilization SpecialistSilvia has over 20 years of experience, blessing our team since June 2008. She is a native Texan from Laureles. She finds great joy in helping people, and makes every appliance as if she was making it for her own child. She is also a volunteer for the Austin Disaster Relief Network. Her hobbies include photography, making jewelry, travelling and spending time with her family.
Tiffany O
Office ManagerTiffany started her journey in orthodontics in August, 2015. She is originally from Illinois but now calls Texas her home. She received her BA in Communications from Texas State, and is excited to be working with her child’s orthodontist! She loves spending time with her family, especially at the Leander soccer fields. The highlight of her week is family movie night with her husband, children, and their 2 dogs Murphy and Maisy.
Victoria
Clinic LeadVictoria came to us in February of 2007 with 4 years of experience in a general dental office. She is originally from Roswell, NM and moved to Austin in 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband Clay, their precious sons Lorenzo and Dominic, and her wonderful daughters Samantha and Zoe.
Heather B
Marketing LiaisonHeather is excited to come along side the team here at Buckman Orthodontics in various capacities. She is most passionate about taking care of our amazing team so that they can better take care of you! You can also find her at their kids’ football or basketball games, walking their black lab, Gracie, or at HEB.
Ann
Scheduling SpecialistA recent Oregon transplant with over 22 years of experience in the orthodontic field as financial coordinator and scheduling specialist. A long time Oregon ducks football season ticket holder and avid sports fanatic. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time exploring new places with her husband and daughters as well as spoiling her Grandson (he is the reason she moved to Texas)!
Beverly
Treatment SpecialistBeverly joins the Buckman team with over 15 years of both clinical and administrative dental experience. She is a native Texan hailing from the Austin area. Beverly enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, their son Casey, and their brown Lab Harley. In her spare time Beverly loves to read a good book, is an avid gardener, and loves to travel. Family time is the best time so, as often as possible Beverly loves to spend time with her niece Peighton and barbecuing and getting together with all of her family.
Norma
Clinical Specialist Norma joined Buckman Orthodontics in 2024, with over 15 years of experience in orthodontics, general, and pediatric dentistry. She and her husband Frankie, moved from Brownsville to the Austin area in 2006. Together they have 6 children and 1 granddaughter! When Norma is not in the office she enjoys planning trips and helping her husband with their business, but most importantly, she loves spending quality time with her family.
