She comes to us with over 16 years of customer service experience. Laura graduated from Pflugerville High School and now lives down the road in Round Rock with her husband and two kids, Madysen and Joshua. She enjoys watching movies. Laura has a degree in Culinary Arts and is always looking for a new recipe to try. Most of her time is spent around her family, in those rare moments that she does get some alone time, she has a library card and she knows how to use it.
